Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Primary School Teacher (PST):
- Senior Secondary (Class 12th) with at least 50% marks AND 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) / 4-year B.El.Ed / 2-year Diploma in Special Education.
- OR Graduation with 2-year D.El.Ed.
- Mandatory: Pass in CTET/TET (Paper I – Primary Level).
- Upper Primary School Teacher (UPST):
- B.A./B.Sc./B.Com and 2-year D.El.Ed.
- OR Graduation/Post Graduation with 50% marks AND B.Ed.
- OR Senior Secondary (50%) with 4-year B.El.Ed / B.A.Ed / B.Sc.Ed.
- Mandatory: Pass in CTET/TET (Paper II – Upper Primary Level).
- Note: For Science/Maths posts, B.Sc is required. For Language posts, B.A. in the respective language is required.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: Not exceeding 30 Years.
- Relaxation: Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PH/Government Servants as per UT Administration rules.
